NGJ-1 Reverse Power relay (with reverse power + strip unloading)

NGJ-1 reverse power relay (with load handling) is a functional extension type relay, which not only has reverse power protection function, but also has overload alarm and automatic unloading of minor load function, so the relay function is more practical, easy to adjust, light weight, small size, stable and reliable quality.

Technical performance:

1. The device can work normally when the voltage change of the power grid is within the range of ±10% of the rated voltage and the frequency change is within the range of ±5% of the rated frequency:

2. Reverse power relay power supply is: voltage: 100V (or 400V) for order selection, 50/60HZ,A, two-phase, power consumption < 2VA Rated input current 5A,A, C two-phase, power consumption < 1VA

3. When the inverse power value of the parallel operation unit reaches 3 ~ 15% of the rated value (continuously adjustable), the inverse power electrical appliance is 3 ~ 10 seconds (continuously adjustable).

4. When the generator current reaches 90% ~ 100% of the rated (adjustable), the instantaneous output of an alarm signal (a passive normally open contact), after a delay of 10 ~ 30 seconds (adjustable), output a load signal (a passive normally open contact).

5. Output contact load capacity:

6. The device has the function of reverse power and unloading self-test.

7. Environmental conditions: The ambient temperature is 0 ~ 55℃ and the relative humidity is 95%. There are shock, vibration, oil fog and salt fog in the operation of the ship.

How to use:

1. Make correct connection according to the external wiring diagram, pay special attention to the voltage and current connected to the device must be phase A and C, and the current transformer connected to the 忣 terminal is correct.

2. Press the power supply. The Power indicator is on. The button switch to the "test" position, reverse power and unloading "over limit" indicator light, and output an alarm signal, after a few seconds delay "action" indicator light, but the reverse power and unloading output relay does not operate, indicating that the internal logic function of the device is normal, the delay time is the reverse power and unloading delay, respectively. The value can be adjusted by the "reverse power delay time" regulation potentiometer (in the lower left) and the "load delay time" regulation potentiometer (in the lower right), clockwise for the increase direction, and then the toggle switch to the "run" position.

Note: The time interval of the second test should be greater than 30 seconds, otherwise, the "delay time" of the second test will be shorter.

3. When the unit runs in parallel, the voltage is kept rated, so that a certain unit reverses the power. When the reverse power "over limit" indicator is on, after delay, the "action" indicator is on, and the relay action will trip the switch. The reverse power unit is arranged, and the action power can be adjusted through the "action power adjustment potentiometer" (on the upper left), clockwise is the increasing direction. If the reverse power relay is operated when the single machine is running positive power, the wiring terminals 1 and 2 should be switched

4. Setting of load operation value and time:

About the "action current" adjustment potentiometer (in the upper right) clockwise to the maximum, the generator load current increase to the need to unload the value, and then counterclockwise slowly adjust the potentiometer, until the "over the limit" indicator light, and start timing at this time, until the "action" indicator light and unloading of the minor load, the time is the delay time of the load device action. The user can put forward the requirement of stabilization value when ordering, and it will be stabilized when leaving the factory.
