8/12 Strand Single Braided Mooring UHMWPE Rope
UHMWPE Rope is produced with imported ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber, the superior features are including:
* Stronger: under the same diameter, the sterngth is the same as the wire rope
*Lower Elongation: the breaking elongation is close to the wire rope.
*Lighter: under the same sterngth, the wieght(g/m) is only 1/8 of the wire rope, 1/4-1/5 of the nylon rope or polyester rope, 18% -20% of the polypropylene rope.
* Smaller: under the same strength, the diameter of the powerneema rope is 55% -60% of hte nylon rope or polyester rope, 45% of the polypropylene rop.
*Application: port towing, mooring system for ultra large container ships/LNG/VLCC/VLOC, Army &Navy equipment, offshore, aerospace, sports equipment, electrical communications, large precision object sling, etc.
We provide polypropylene rope, polyester rope, nylon rope, high-strength ropes made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Oplyethylen(UHMWPE) fibres. Different strands of mooring ropes are also available.
Size: Any size on customers’ request, The main specification is between3mm and146mm for your option.
Color: Red, green, yellow, pink, black almost 30 colors for selection etc, or on customers’ request.
Accessories: Metal Clip, Metal Harb , plastic hook, metal buckle, plastic buckle ect. , can be made on customers'request.
Certificate:ABS, DNV, LR, GL, BV, CCS, RINA, etc
