Waste Water Treatment Device
Waste Water Treatment Device is applied to treat the sewage water  known as “black water”(human body wastes and wastes from toilet on vessels) and “grey water”(wasted water from galley,shower drainage).It is widely used in ship vessels and oil platform.
The Marine Sewage Treatment Plant adopts the principle of activated sludge,Bio-contact Oxidation and Membrane Biological Reactor(MBR) to digest organic pollutant,  meet the effluent standards of IMO MEPC.159（55), and discharge the effluent to overboard.
The Waste Water Treatment Device has four parts: aeration tank, contact oxidizing tank, sediment tank and disinfection tank. In the 1st stage aeration tank, the activated sludge mainly consisting of aerobic bacteria form sticky flock to absorb the
organic substance, break it into carbon dioxide and water under the condition of aerating and produce new activated sludge in the meantime. Soft film stuffing is hanged in the 2nd stage contact oxidizing compartment, the organic substance is further digested. The active sludge sediment accumulated in the setting tank is to be returned to the aeration tank for reproducting seeds and retreating. The clear liquid is then led into the chlorination tank, and the remaining bacteria is killed by chlorine, the resulting harmless liquid is discharged overboard by discharge pump.
